Engineer Khaled Habib Al Attar is the Founder and Chairman of GADHA, one of the leading training and consulting organizations in the region. He took his Higher Diploma in Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering at Higher Colleges Technology in 2010. Then in 2012, he graduated with Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering from the same school. He took his Master’s Degree in 2018 at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he majored in Engineering and Engineering Management.

He is a member of the Executive Board and Regional Director of the Middle East for the EMMA for Peace Organization or the Euro-Mediterranean Music Academy for peace. It is one of the largest international organizations dealing with music, education and peace diplomacy in cooperation with United Nations Organizations, such as: UNICEF and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. With the EMMA Organization, Eng. Khaled Al Attar also took part in organizing some of the most significant international occasions, such as the World Summit of Nobel Peace Prize winners for two consecutive years, in addition to several conferences and events held globally.

In addition, Eng. Alattar is the Director General for Education at DIHAD Sustainable Humanitarian Foundation, and with his efforts the foundation established the first-ever college to offer an international humanitarian master’s degree programme in Sustainable Humanitarian Actions. DIHAD Humanitarian College was launched through a cooperative agreement between the DIHAD Sustainable Humanitarian Foundation and UCAM University, Murcia – Spain

He is an Associate Fellow of Higher Education from the United Kingdom after spending over eight years as a lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering department at the Higher Colleges of Technology. Eng. Khaled Al Attar is one of the first graduates of the Executive Leaders Program for the Fourth Industrial Revolution that was undertaken by the United Arab Emirates Government Leaders Program. He also participated in other government leadership programs such as Aligning Program Learning Outcomes with the UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA), the Influencing Leaders Program by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) and the Hope Makers Development Program - developed by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI)

Despite his young age, Eng. Khaled has always been enthusiastic and has a clear vision for humanitarian and community activities, notably by working with young people at the local, national, and international levels. At the age of fourteen, when he began his career in 2002, he planned a number of volunteer events for causes close to his heart. Many years later, Eng. Khaled Al Attar’s impressive effort working for the youth and society resulted in him receiving more than 500 awards for his work in organizing hundreds of events in more than 30 fields, led more than 250 workshops, and taught more than 24,000 students in leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, literature, etiquette, peace, diplomacy, culture, and other soft skills.
